Martin Breslin is Fiscvl's Managing Principal. He founded the firm in 2000 after a career on Wall Street and advising startups. He worked for Gleacher NatWest (an M&A advisor) and Hennessee Group (a Hedge Fund Advisor). His initial accounting background came from working at KPMG for four years.

From 2001-2007 Martin served as CFO and SVP for FivePoints Compliance - a turnaround that culminated in a successful exit to mindSHIFT Technologies.

Martin has specialized in providing the foundation for business to grow for over 20 years. - he has been involved in several M&A transactions.

Martin received an undergraduate degree from SUNY Buffalo, and his accounting education from UCLA. He earned an MBA from NYU Stern. At various times Martin held a CPA from California and Series 7, 24 and 27 licenses.

Martin resides in Southampton NY and New York with his wife Jennifer and his son Connor. In his free time he is an avid gourmet, wine aficionado and master builder.
